I Love Compress provides web-based tools that allow users to compress, convert, and edit files, including images and PDFs, directly in their web browsers. All processing is done locally in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to our servers, assuring maximum security and confidentiality.

3. Accounts & Premium Subscriptions

While you can use many of our features without an account, certain premium features require registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

We offer a Premium Pro subscription billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (PayPal or Razorpay). You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, premium access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will downgrade.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and tools only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Process files that violate third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the client-side tools.
• Automate usage via scripts, scrapers, or bots beyond allowed APIs.
• Inject malware, spyware, or harmful code into the platform.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass established usage limits on the free plan.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All branding, custom code, graphics, design assets, and logos used on I Love Compress are the exclusive intellectual property of the site owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform solely for personal or commercial file processing.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

I Love Compress is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Since file conversion runs entirely inside your browser, you assume full responsibility for any risk of data loss or browser instability.

In no event shall I Love Compress or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law
