Thank you for subscribing to I Love Compress. We want to ensure you have the best experience using our premium browser-based file conversion and compression tools. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines your rights and options regarding cancellations and refunds of your Premium Pro subscription.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, contract commitments, or hidden penalties.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account on I Love Compress.
- Navigate to your User Profile settings.
- Go to the Billing or Subscription tab.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Once canceled, your Premium Pro features will remain fully accessible until the end of your current billing period (whether monthly or yearly). At the end of the cycle, your account will automatically downgrade to our Free plan, and no further automatic payments will be charged.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a comprehensive 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not completely satisfied with our Premium Pro features, you can request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your initial subscription purchase.
Please note the following limitations:
- The guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a subscription.
- Automatic subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) are not eligible for refunds. Please cancel your subscription before your renewal date to avoid automatic billing.
- Accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions (such as automated abuse or bot scripting) are immediately ineligible for any refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee, please reach out to our billing team. When emailing us, please provide:
- Your registered account email address.
- Your Transaction ID or Subscription ID (from your PayPal or Razorpay receipt).
- A brief feedback description of why you are requesting a refund.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines
Once your refund request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection via email.
Approved refund requests are initiated by our team within 24 to 48 hours of verification. Depending on your payment method (PayPal, UPI, Credit Card), funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
Please Note: Refunds will always be credited back to the original payment source. We cannot credit refunds to a different card or account for security reasons.
